Position: Counter Service & Social Media Assistant
Reporting to: General Manager
Salary: Minimum Wage + Bonus

Job description:

We are looking for takeaway counter service assistants and coffee baristas to work part-time shifts (morning and afternoon), as well as assist in running the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours a week. Positions are available immediately. This is a great opportunity to join a growing London startup!

Responsibilities:

  • Set up / close the café
  • Prep and serve takeaway breakfast and lunch items, prepare hot drinks and smoothies
  • Assist with catering orders and events
  • Assist in scheduling posts and community management on maple&FITZ’ social media accounts

Prerequisites:

  • Friendly, energetic, responsible, proactive and willing to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in food or coffee service is helpful but not required
  • An interest in healthy food is a plus!
  • Knowledge of social media channels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Position: Pastry Chef/ Bakeshop/ Gluten-Free Baking
Reporting to: Head Chef
Salary: Minimum Wage + Bonus

Job description:

We are very proud of our gluten-free bake shop located in the heart of Fitzrovia! As part of our team of chefs, you will be responsible for baking delicious gluten-free sweet treats for our three central London stores and for special catering events. As this is a new role for Maple & Co, there are plenty of opportunities to make this role yours (e.g. work independently outside of peak 9am-5pm hours) and get promoted within the company!
